Dr. Corey Alfers is a highly skilled psychiatrist specializing in adult psychiatry. Dr. Alfers received his undergraduate education at Virginia Institute of Technology, where he graduated with honors in Biology and Chemistry.

After completing his undergraduate training, Dr. Alfers completed a research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health, where he received an award for in-school research training. His medical education continued at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, where he earned his medical degree. Dr. Alfers completed his residency in general psychiatry at Georgetown University, serving as chief resident.
